The Petite Bouche farm is located near Mount Nathan in Queensland and was created with a goal to supply quality grown hydroponic leaves, baby vegetables and edible flowers to the hospitality industry in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Our products are individually packaged, with only a couple of mixed lines, allowing the chefs to create their mixes, tailored to their specific requirements, as was the aim of Export Fresh upon creating Petite Bouche.
Much research is done to keep the products as innovative as possible, including using predator bugs rather than chemicals and bio-degradable packaging.
As with all fresh products these lines have seasonality and will periodically be unavailable, so we like to keep our clientele up to date on our Facebook page and Instagram.

Export fresh supply smaller leaf salads, hand harvested and sized more for a garnish plate rather than a salad bowl. All other lines in our range are mechanically harvested and processed under the strict conditions of our quality assurance program, and our mixes are unique to Export Fresh, the content of these will vary with the season as only the best leaves get selected for our brand.
MICRO HERBS
Micro herbs have become a must for restaurants, cafe's, catering companies and the home cook in Australia. The Micro Herb has a delicate look while giving a strong punchy flavour. Export Fresh has the largest range in Australia and is proud to maintain such a high-quality product.
Micro Herbs get produced from young seedlings which typically get harvested after 7-14 days. Intense in their flavours, vibrant and packed with nutrients, being Vitamins, A, B, C, E and K, Chlorophyll, Iron, Lecithin, Magnesium, Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), Phosphorous, Potassium, Amino Acids, trace element's, Antioxidants and Proteins.

*We are working to improve the range as per market trends, requirements and increased demand. Due to the delicate nature of the product, some varieties do not perform well with excess heat, refrigeration or the transportation and may temporarily be unavailable due to the quality being not as expected.
