The Petite Bouche farm is located near Mount Nathan in Queensland and was created with a goal to supply quality grown hydroponic leaves, baby vegetables and edible flowers to the hospitality industry in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Our products are individually packaged, with only a couple of mixed lines, allowing the chefs to create their mixes, tailored to their specific requirements, as was the aim of Export Fresh upon creating Petite Bouche.
Much research is done to keep the products as innovative as possible, including using predator bugs rather than chemicals and bio-degradable packaging.
As with all fresh products these lines have seasonality and will periodically be unavailable, so we like to keep our clientele up to date on our Facebook page and Instagram.
