Over the past three years, Export Fresh has been capturing chef's stories through our monthly blog "The Petite Bouche Chef of The Month".
In doing this, it has allowed us to stay in tune with what chefs want and explore their innovative ways of cooking and matching flavours with the Petite Bouche Range.
We are grateful for all the chefs who use our products, and by sharing the Petite Bouche stories, it allows us to share ideas from other chefs and build a community.
Brian Geraghty is our Petite Bouche Chef of the year for 2019, so what a better way to finish the year with his culinary thoughts, vision and creations.
