Eugene Giesinger is the head chef and owner of one of Bronte's most loved cafes, Eugene's. Along with his designer partner Natalie Byfield, The pair transformed the former storefront into a fully restored Art Deco haven in mid-2012.

Having worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, most notably at Michelin starred "Pied A Terre" in London, Giesinger, a native Sydneysider opened the cafe wanting an outlet where his passion for locally sourced Australian produce and high-quality food at a reasonable price could flourish.
